Pedra hitam is a type of igneous rock formed from frozen lava when it comes out to the earth’s surface. Pedra hitam are often found in volcanic areas, especially on the island of Java, such as in Yogyakarta, Cirebon, Majalengka, and the eastern part of the island of Java. The characteristics of the Pedra hitam is a dark color, porous and solid.
